1. Controller

Juan José Valiño Nistal is responsible for the personal data processed by Camel Race. Privacy requests can be sent to hi@jjvalino.com.

2. Data we process

• Public promotional information you submit, such as a URL or handle, display name, image, app listing, optional winner pitch and sponsor pitch.
• Order records, including price, payment status, Stripe references, customer email returned by Stripe, refunds and disputes.
• A one-way requester fingerprint used for abuse prevention; the raw address is not stored in the application database.
• Technical and product analytics such as page views, anonymous browser and session identifiers, Checkout events, errors and basic device or request information.
• Messages and supporting information you send to the contact address.

3. Why we use it

We process data to provide and secure the service, publish purchased placements, process and reconcile payments, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, measure product performance, comply with legal and accounting duties, and handle support or rights requests. The legal bases are performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, and consent where the law requires it.

4. Retention and publication

Paid placements are public for their stated duration. Daily winner records and their submitted public presentation may remain in the Hall of Fame as a historical record; a promotional link may be suspended without deleting the result. Payment, security and reconciliation records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed for the request and related obligations.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email the address above and identify the relevant placement or transaction. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
