REFUND POLICY

1. No voluntary refunds

All purchases are final. Camel Race does not offer discretionary refunds for changing your mind, being outbid, losing a race position, receiving fewer visits or clicks than expected, disliking the result, or failing to use all or part of a purchased placement.

2. Immediate performance

Before Checkout, you must expressly request that the service begin immediately. Bids can affect the live race as soon as payment is confirmed, daily sponsorship is consumed during the current race, and 30-day sponsorship begins on confirmation. Where applicable, you acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed.

If Stripe confirms a bid or daily-sponsor payment after that purchase's UTC race has already closed, it is not published or counted and Camel Race automatically requests a full refund to the original payment method. Bank processing time is outside Camel Race's control.

3. Winner records and reversals

A refund or dispute received after a result is finalized does not replace that day's recorded winner. It may suspend or remove the winner's promotional link while preserving the historical result.

4. Mandatory rights

This policy does not remove rights that cannot be waived under Spanish or other applicable consumer law. If a mandatory remedy applies—for example, because of a duplicate charge or a paid service that was not supplied—contact hi@jjvalino.com with the Checkout email, date, amount and Stripe receipt or payment reference. Any legally required remedy will be assessed and provided as required by law.

5. Content removal

A placement removed because its purchaser breached the Terms, lacked rights to the content, or created a legal or security risk is not eligible for a voluntary refund.
