TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Operator

Camel Race is operated from Spain by Juan José Valiño Nistal. Contact: hi@jjvalino.com.

2. The service

Camel Race sells time-limited promotional placements. A bid places a submitted startup or product in a daily race at its paid position. Other customers may subsequently outbid that position. At the UTC race close, the highest valid paid total is recorded as that day's winner after payment reconciliation. The winner may receive a promotional feature and a permanent Hall of Fame entry; an optional winner pitch is displayed only if that racer wins. Daily sponsorship lasts until the current UTC race ends; 30-day sponsorship lasts for the period shown before payment.

Payments do not buy ownership, equity, a prize, guaranteed traffic, clicks, leads, revenue, ranking permanence or any other business outcome.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown before Checkout in USD, with applicable taxes calculated by Stripe. The server recalculates the amount and available inventory before creating Checkout. A placement is activated only after Stripe confirms payment through the signed payment webhook.

By submitting payment you request that the promotional service begin immediately. You also accept these Terms and the Refund Policy and acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed.

4. Your content

You must have the right to submit and promote the supplied name, profile, domain, application, logo, image, link and pitch. Content must not be unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, malicious, unsafe, or designed to distribute malware or impersonate another person or business.

Camel Race may reject, hide or remove promotional content that breaches these rules, creates legal or security risk, or receives a credible rights complaint. A refund, dispute, moderation action or later removal may suspend the promotional link without rewriting the recorded daily winner. Removal for a customer breach does not create a voluntary right to a refund.

5. Availability and changes

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, third-party failures or events outside reasonable control. Race mechanics, presentation and future prices may change, but a confirmed paid placement keeps the price and duration recorded for that order.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camel Race is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, third-party content or results that a placement does not generate. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Courts in Spain shall have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of any mandatory jurisdiction or protection available under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
